These Terms govern your use of Discogs Importer (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

The App allows you to search Discogs and create draft or live products in Shopify using the returned metadata. Optional Sync features can also link Shopify products with your Discogs Marketplace inventory when you connect a Discogs API token.

Pricing & billing

Discogs Importer is billed via Shopify. Subscriptions are managed by Shopify and can be changed or cancelled at any time in your Shopify admin.

• Basic – $29/month ($319/year) – includes a 7‑day free trial
• Pro – $49/month ($539/year) – includes a 7‑day free trial
• Premium – $999/year – no free trial (includes Bulk tools for initial import and setup)

Acceptable use

• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to import and publish any content.
• You agree not to abuse the App or attempt to bypass usage limits or billing.
• You agree to comply with Shopify and Discogs terms and rate limits.
• If you connect a Discogs API token, you authorise the App to use it only for the Sync features you enable. You can disconnect the token at any time.

Third-party services

The App interacts with third-party services (including Discogs and Shopify). Their terms and availability may affect the App.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee Discogs data accuracy or completeness.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hive Data Security is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You may uninstall at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, or to comply with legal/platform requirements.
